Introduction: These Terms and Conditions apply when you purchase goods (Goods) as detailed in our quotation from Large Print London Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales. By accepting the quotation or receiving any Goods from us, you agree to these terms.
1. Interpretation:
- “Business day” excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays.
- Headings are for convenience and don’t affect interpretation.
- Singular terms may also refer to plural, and vice versa.
2. Goods Description: The Goods are as described in our sales documents, unless otherwise stated in our quotation. Any changes to the Goods will adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
3. Pricing:
- The price (Price) of the Goods is set in our quotation.
- We reserve the right to adjust the Price if external factors affect our costs.
- Any price changes will be communicated to you.
- Discounts are at our discretion.
- The Price excludes packaging, delivery fees, VAT, and other applicable taxes.
4. Cancellation: Either party can cancel the order before the quotation’s acceptance. The quotation is valid for 30 days from its date.
5. Payment:
- Invoices are sent upon Goods delivery or notification of readiness for collection.
- Payment is due prior to delivery unless credit terms are agreed upon.
- All payments should be in British Pounds unless agreed upon otherwise.
6. Delivery:
- Goods are delivered to the address specified in your order or an agreed location.
- If not specified, you may be required to collect the Goods from our premises.
- Deliveries can occur between 8 am to 9 pm.
- We’re not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or failures by third-party couriers.
7. Inspection and Acceptance:
- Examine Goods upon delivery.
- Report damages or discrepancies within 24 hours.
- Returns are accepted if Goods are confirmed defective.
- Using damaged Goods or failing to report issues & return Goods voids our liabilities.

Minor colour variations between digital previews and final prints are not eligible for refunds.
8. Risk and Title:
- Risk transfers to you upon delivery.
- Ownership transfers once full payment is received.
9. Termination: We may terminate the sale if you breach these terms, face bankruptcy, or undergo liquidation.
10. Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the Price of the Goods. We’re not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or events beyond our control.
11. Communications: All notices should be in writing, directed to the provided contact details.
12. Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to unforeseen events beyond their control.
13. General Provisions:
- No waiver of any breach is a waiver of subsequent breaches.
- Invalid terms won’t affect the validity of other terms.
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
